Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum indicum. METHODS:The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with ethanol concentration, amount of ethanol, extraction time as factors using the content of total flavonoids from C. indicum as index. RESULTS:The optimal condition was as follows:adding12 folds of 50% ethanol,reflux-extracting for 2 times,1 h each time. CONCLUSIONS:The selected technology is reasonable and practicable, and it can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from C. indicum.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
