Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of postoperative analgesia with parecoxib sodium and morphine on T-cell immune function in tumor patients. Methods Forty ASA class Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients were randomly allocated into 2 groups. They received parecoxib plus morphine or morphine alone for postoperative pain.Blood samples were assessed for the proportion of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,and NK cells before surgery(T0),at the end of surgery(T1),24 h after surgery(T2),48 h after surgery(T3).Results Compared with T0,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK were significantly decreased at T1 in both groups(P 0.05).The proportion of CD3+,CD4+ and NK of group Ⅰ were higher than those of group Ⅱ at T2(P 0.05).CD4+/CD8+ in group I was higher than that of group Ⅱ at T3(P 0.05).There were no significant differences in CD8+ at any time point in both groups. Conclusion Parecoxib sodium can ameliorate the inhibitory effect of morphine on T cell differentiation.
