Observation on the Application of Abdominal Cavity Drainage Tube in General Surgical Operation

Objective To explore the application value of laparoscopy drainage tube in general surgery patients, in order to improve the general surgery patients clinical therapeutic effect. Methods 120 patients admitted in the general surgery of a hospital from May 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the subjects, and divided into the control group and the research group with 60 patients in each according to the admission time. The control group was given the general surgical treatment, and the research group was given abdominal cavity drainage tube for treatment on the basis of general surgical treatment. And the clinical treatment effects(postoperative complications, clinical cure rate and the number with bleeding) of the two groups were compared. Results In the research group treated with abdominal cavity drainage tube, complications occurred in 4 cases(6.7%), 54 cases were cured clinically(90%), hemorrhage occurred in 2 cases(3.3%), while in the control group, complications occurred in 8 cases(13.3%), 48cases(80%) were cured clinically, hemorrhage occurred in 4 cases(6.7%), the clinical treatment effect of the research group was more ideal, it was significantly better than that of the control group, the data between the two groups treated statistically had statistically significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion Abdominal cavity drainage tube given to the patients underwent general surgical operation, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and bleeding, improve the clinical treatment effect with high clinical value, which is worthy of promotion and application in general surgical operation.
