Abstract

With the development of medical technology and people's health awareness increase, average life expectancy is geting longer. The aging population has become the concern for al nations. The aging population requires pension systemreform, and improve pension accounting. However, China's pension accounting can't adapt to the reformof the pension insurance system. It's crucial to carry out defined contribution plan and defined benefit plan.
