Abstract
Information and knowledge were replacing capitals and energy resources,and became main capital funds which produced riches.Western areas of China faced industrialization,urbanization and information's multi-tasks,So how to make full use of information to bring along urbanization and industrialization became a new problem that can't avoid in the development of western China.Through analysis of information and urbanization,between industrialization's internal mechanisms,the author put forth new understanding.
