Abstract
With the aging of the oil well, the water content in crude oil increases constantly, which may be as high 90% and even 95% in some cases.Lacking the data of the pressure drop for mixed oil-gas-water transportation horizontal pipeline, large scale transportation of products with high water cut without heating is restricted.Experimental device was designed to study the pressure drop of mixed oil-gas-water transportation horizontal pipeline during extracting oil with high water content, which is typical for the production of the Daqing Oil Recovery No.6 Factory. The pressure drop per hectometer and the relation of oil-gas-water three-phase pressure drop and oil-water two-phase pressure were obtained by the regression analysis of the experimental data.
