Abstract
Objective To construt highly expression of HBD2 system in eucaryotic cell. Methods To construct recombinant retrovirus expression vector pLNCX2-CEA signal peptide-HBD2(mature peptide sequence),and then transfect the revirus vecter to PT67 cell by DOTAP,after screening and amplify single clone cell by G418,collecting the virus and tranfect the virus to eucaryotic cell HCT116 cell.The HCT116 cell has also been screening by G418 and get resistance cell clone, the expression of HBD2 was detected by western blotting. Conclusion The result indicate high level expression of HBD2 was obtained in HCT116 cell.
