Abstract

A pair of oligodeoxynucleotides was synthesized according to the mature sequence of miR-15a,and cloned into pcDNATM6.2-GW/EmGFP-miR vector to construct pcDNATM6.2-GW/EmGFP-miR-15a.Then the recombinant vector was transfected into lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells,the expression of miR-15a was identified by real-time PCR.The results were helpful to further investigate the biological functions of miR-15a and identify the target genes.
