Abstract
The paper analyzed the present farmers' income,then expounded the obstacles to the farmers' income growth at present stage,and at last discussed the construction of farmers' income security system from the five aspects of agricultural structure regulation,SMEs development,supportive and beneficial policies for farmers,labor market and vocational training.
