Abstract
Microstructure in different rolling and heat treatment process of oil tank steel by online quenching was investigated by thermal simulation experiments.Carbonitride precipitating behavior of micro-alloying elements was analyzed systematically. The experimental results show that with decrease in the final rolling temperature, the tank sank steel grain size gradually refines and the number of ferrite gradually increases;with increase of the cooling rate, the type of JGR610Eorganization changes from acicular ferrite, granular bainite to lath bainite, and the grain size is smaller.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
