Research Based on Gradient of Industry into Henan Province’s Undertaking Industrial Transfer of the Eastern Regions

To promote the industrial transfer of the eastern areas is not only one of the most effective measures of our country’s balanced development,but also an important measure to achieve the optimization and promotion of industrial structure in Henan Province.This thesis analyzes the industrial gradient and relative industry gradient of Henan Province and eastern areas(mainly referring to the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin regions) by the industrial gradient coefficient,and combines with the present development and industrial structure of Henan Province to decide the key industry from different areas that Henan Province needs to undertake and the proper industry that each place in Henan Province needs to carry on.As the inheriting area,Henan Province should also draw up some preferential policies positively and improve itself to attract the transferred industry,and integrate the transferred industry with the local industries to realize the optimization and promotion of industrial structure in Henan Province.
