Influence of Bio-psycho-social Medical Model on Medical Education

With the transition of the medical mode from biomedicine to bio-psycho-social medical model,the conception of medical education must be modulated to adapt to changes from disease oriented to patient oriented,including the followings: stepping out mistakes from gene determinism,advocating the health education centered with healthy life style;and clarify the mental balance as the key of health,putting prevention first and integrating traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,establishing a new medical humanistic education system and building up higher level of medical morality.The modern medical model is propitious to medical reform and construction of harmonious society.
