Abstract
Enhancing proportion of brown iron ore in sinter is one of effective actions of reducing production cost.In this paper,aim to limonite sintering technology problems,a number of technical measures are taken to improve the sintering performance.Experimental results show that the raw materials optimization,select the appropriate parameters,the implementation of thick material layer,binder and other technical measures are conducive to improve the brown ore sintering,thereby increasing the ratio of brown iron ore in sinter and reducing raw material costs.
