Abstract

In order to further improve the potential water-flooded and abandoned reservoirs with high temperature and high salt to enhanced oil recovery,by taking the Es1 reservoir in Pucheng Oilfield as a goal for laboratory experiments on fluid property, the slime-tube driving and long core displacement by using CO2 injection. It was verified experimentally that the flooding mechanism of injected CO2 could improve oil fluidity, increase the formation energy and mobile oil;the reservoir had good oil properties and low miscibility pressure, the current reservoir conditions were miscible;CO2/water flooding was the best way for flooding;and slug combination was optimized.Composition analysis indicated that CO2/water flooding swept the residual oil after water flooding. The result provides technical support for the field test of Es1 reservoirs in Pucheng Oilfield and provides reference for enhancing oil recovery of CO2 injection in other similar reservoirs.
