In the last few years, chemical industry has developed rapidly in our country, which causes the output and the variety of chemical product increase dramatically, and its use scope has spread to various lines and the civil consumer goods. Comparied with developed countries, our country has a bigger disparity in the safety control aspect. On the basis of the DOW Fire Explode Index Analysis Method (The Seventh Edition) and the practical safety management method of the dangerous chemical in enterprise, the safety management model of dangerous chemicals was put forward. The method provided a new evaluation method for the dangerous chemical production and storage.
