Abstract

By the end of 2006,the New Basel Capital Accord will have been widespread in the world,and Chinese commercial banks must follow up the new regulating standards to improve their competitiveness and lay a solid foundation for participating in international competition.This paper points out that Chinese commercial banks follow up the new capital accord only by the internal rating-based approach of risk measurement as a breakthrough.Then,the various practical problems are analyzed,and the specific measures are put forward for commercial banks.
