Abstract

By introducing the concept of E asymptotic stability, the method of Liapunov function is employed to study the singular bilinear system and the feedback controller is designed to guarantee the closed loop system to be E asymptotically stable and Liapunov asymptotically stable. At the same time, an example is given.
