Abstract
In order to improve the skill quality of tanker crewmembers,to ensure the safety of lives and property at the sea,to protect the ocean environment and promote the development of maritime industry, we design a simulated oil tanker for the practice use of our teaching training in connection with the requirement of tanker crewmembers′training tests.
