The library work of university based on the reading psychology of readers

Abstract
The reading condition of readers,to some degree reflects the situation of the utilization of information resources of libraries,which has an important bearing on the effectiveness of library work.Understanding and grasping the reading psychology of readers is beneficial to the mastery of readers’ requirements and to the promotion of the realization of readers’behaviors.The article makes an analysis of the psychological characteristics of college students and the impact of the reading psychology on university library.Some measures to be taken by university library have also been discussed in the article.
