Abstract

This article discusses the importance of software quality through example,because the computers are used more and more widely. It introduces the national and foreign situation of software quality management,emphasizing in particular a series of software standard of American DOD.And it illustrates the basic work which should be done for the management of software quality,including the principle and standardization of software engineering,the classification of software management and the management of software documents.At last it deals with how to improve the process of writing software,so that programmers and managers can understand the management of software quality.
