Abstract
To evaluate the total antioxidant activity of extracts from Polygonum multiflorum in Shangluo.1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging, superoxide anion radical scavenging, scavenge nitrite and ferric reducing antioxidant power assay were used to analyze the antioxidant activity. The results show the crude extracts obtained from Polygonum multiflorum in Shangluo were proved to have antioxidant activity. The crude extracts showed higher total antioxidant activity than that of the stilbene glucoside.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
