Abstract
By way of analysing the aesthetic factors in physical education, this article elaborates that the aesthetic education, which contribute to develop students' ability of appreciating beauty, improve their eye for beauty and advance their expressivity and creativity of beauty, should be taught in the physical training. Vigor and grace supplement each other and so do physical and aesthetic educations.
