Abstract

Chemical modified methods of cholic acid for preparation of polymers containing cholic acid are summarized. The content includes: protection and releasing of carboxyl group and hydroxyl groups of cholic acid, the transformation of configuration from 3α to 3β, the preparation of PEG derivatives on C3 position and carboxyl group position of cholic acid.
