Endoscopic Treatment for 106 Patients with Foreign Bodies in Upper Gasrointestinal Tract

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic treatment for foreign bodies in upper gasrointestinal tract.Methods 106 patients with foreign bodies in upper gasrointestinal tract were treated by using electron gastroscope and various instruments for grasping the foreign bodies.Results Foreign bodies in 103 cases patients were removed wholly,no complication occurred during and after gastroscopy.Conclusions Endoscopic treatment for foreign bodies in upper gasrointestinal tract is safe and effective,and it is worth popularizing.
