Abstract

Medical undergraduate students' innovative ability is the important measures for medical colleges to implement innovative talents training and social needs.The cultivation of innovative ability includes innovative thinking,teamwork spirit and the cultivation of scientific spirit and scientific research quality.This research group in the process of guiding students of science and technology innovation projects found that college students of science and technology innovation projects can serve as a good way to cultivate students' innovation consciousness and innovation ability,and effective.
