Abstract

The paper dissertates the significance of the equipment maintenance and support management information system(EMSMIS),and analyzes the status of EMSMIS at home and abroad.It demonstrates the system framework from the aspects of top-level design,system development and data construction,based on the system's weakness of PLA.The contents of top design and data construction are definituded,the system composition is analyzed,and the key problems of system construction are described.
