Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of flap replantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in skin incomplete avulsion.Methods 31 cases of skin incomplete avulsions were treated with flap replantation combined with VSD.Results 31 cases were followed up for 3-10 months.There were no systemic and regional complications.Conclusions The flap replantation combined with VSD is an effective and efficient method for treating skin incomplete avulsion.
