Abstract

A method based on results of optimal power f low, weighted least distance,is presented for the rational allocation of wheeling cost in the multi-wheeling transaction. The test with an exa-mple shows that it effectively provides the optimal signal to some extent and eliminates the non-continuity of wheeling pricing.
