Abstract
It is necessary to systemically compare the value essence,developmental goal and developmental strategies of building a harmonious socialist society with those of building a well-off society to find out the commonness and relevance between them,aiming at exactly understanding the relationship between building a harmonious socialist society and building a well-off society.
