New Realm of the System of Theories of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

The speech made by Hu Jintao,our General Secretary,at the meeting mommemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist of China(hereinafter referred as 7·1 Speech) was rich in content and profound in meaning.In retrospect of the 90 years of struggle of the Communist Party,he mentioned the three earthshaking events the Communist has completed and promoted,and three great achievements obtained in constant struggle,creation and accumulation of the Party.While discussing on a new historical starting point in the new great project of building,by summing up experience,analyzing present situation and making an outlook on the future,the themes of to run China's Affairs well lies in the Party and to improve the scientific level of building under new historical conditions are deepened.Looking forward in the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,he proposed that we should rely firmly on reform and opening up,we should struggle push forward the reform and opening up policy and unswervingly and promote the guidelines and tasks of socialism with Chinese characteristic construction of economic,political,cultural and social affairs.
