Abstract
Based on the current domestic teaching problems of Computer Application Basis, with the level differences between students of computer capabilities and other features being taken full account of,with the concept of vocational competence-based education being taken as a guide,Hierarchical Modular teaching mode is put forward. The patterns of basic architecture and implementation process is deeply analyzed and the results of implementation is represented in details.Practice shows that, compared with existing teaching model, this model is more focused on individualized teaching, and have greater advantages in course content, teaching methods, students' abilities improvement,Office Automation application abilities and job adaptation capacities.
