Clinical analysis of ademetionine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the curative effect of ademetionine on cholestasis of pregnanc.Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly divided into into experimental group (n=43) and control group (n=43),patients in control groups received common treatment only and patients in experimental group received ademetionine on base of common treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect between two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,pruritus score between experimental group and control group was not statistically significant (P0.05);after the treatment,the pruritus score in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P0.05).Before the treatment,the indicatrixes of liver fuction between experimental group and control group were all not statistically significant (P0.05),after the treatment,indicatrixes of liver fuction were all lower in experimental group than that of control group (P0.05).Incidence rate of fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage of newborn were lower in experimental group than that of control group (P0.05).Conclusion Ademetionine has exact curative effect in treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
