Abstract

Copper is an important non-ferrous metal ensential to human life, and much attention has been paid to its nonmetal compound.Copper based nonmetal nanomaterials have novel properites in electrical, magnetic, catalytical fields for their suface effect, quantum size effect and kubo effect.Based on the work of the author, the recent progress of cupric oxide nanomaterials is reviewed and the future research direction and prospect are expected.
