Development of Tujia Ethnic Sports of Western Hubei

By using the methods of literature consultation,interviews and on-the-spot investigation methods,this paper analyzed the state of development of tujia nationality sports in western Hubei.The results showed that:the tujia ethnic-minority sports at school and in folk has already developed in all aspects in the west Hubei.This area is rich in natural resources,with the backing of a series of preferential policies of the party and state,coupled with the launching of minority sports and the attractiveness of their own,demonstrating broad prospects for Tujia ethnic sports in western Hubei.Countermeasures: relevant departments should strengthen cooperation and promote harmonious development;strengthen the construction of the talents ranks;intensify efforts in popularization work;create a new brand of tujia nationality sports.
