Abstract
Based on the data of 30provinces,municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions from 2003to 2011,the effects of fiscal expenditure structure for agriculture on the agricultural modernization is analyzed by means of dynamic panel data model.The result shows that the fiscal expenditure for supporting agricultural production and the fiscal expenditure on rural relief have significant positive effects on the agricultural modernization,the agricultural comprehensive development expenditure has non-significant effects on the agricultural modernization,and the first industrial added value accounted for the proportion of area GDP and the rural Engel coefficient are negatively associated with the level of agricultural modernization.
