Abstract
The methods of questionnaire investigation,documents and materials,interview,are used to analyze the participation of the sports activities situation after school in some universities in Dalian area.The result reveals the current situation of physical training after class and the influence of element and countermeasure to develop sport activity.The suggestion is advanced in this paper in order to develop sports activities after school better and form a good habit in exercise.It can provide some reference to reform physical education model in university,carry out the policy that integrate sport with health education and cultivate healthy life-style in students.
