Effect of Bromodiolone poison bait against rodents in the fields

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of 0.005% Bromodiolone poison bait against the rodents.Methods The rodent density was investigated by the method of powder trace. Bromodiolone posion bait was put in the fields. Results 25 days after placing the poison bait, the rodent density decreased from 24.6%~28.8% to 2.0%~2.9%. The rate of deratization was above 89%. Conclusion 0.005% Bromodiolone poison bait had good effect on killing rodents in fields.
