Vertical integration strategy for construction enterprise

Abstract

Enterprise vertical integration theory is of great value in the theory of industrial organization.This paper aims to analyze the feasibility and necessity of the vertical integration in Chinese construction industry using the corporate vertical integration theory.The enterprise vertical integration theory was described.The feasibility of vertical integration was analyzed.The direction choice of vertical integration strategy was presented finally.
