Abstract

Possession has the meaning of personal property's public notification and the owner's presumption rights.At the same time,it is an important document of Bona Fide Acquisition.To be a factual state,possession cannot be protected well by law for the lack of foundation.We should make the possession to be one kind of rights in Real Right Law.That is good for protecting the rights.
