Abstract
Based on the clearance flow behavior of fluid,the interior structure and leakage flow were analyzed and the mathematical model of leakage flow about the internal gear pump was established.The simulating analyses and experimental verification of the interior leakage flow were accomplished with the NB internal gear pump,which provides the theoretic foundation for researching the interior leakage, volume efficiency and dynamic performance of the internal gear pump.
