Abstract
Gene transfer plays a key role in successful gene therapy. For gene therapy of cardiovascular diseases,a high efficient transfer vector and a practical transfer system are required to introduce transgene into heart and blood vessels, and to enable it to express a protein faithfully with therapeutic effect. At present the adenovirus is most commonly used and represents the most likely vector for efficient transduction of the cardiovascular system.Adenoviral vector provides a simple, instantaneous improving and feasible method.
