Abstract

Job satisfaction is closely linked with every organization as well as every people who have the ability to take up work.Based on literatures review at home and abroad,an overview is given from the structure of teachers' job satisfaction,influencing factors,variable relation and the situation of job satisfaction in the paper,and the further research interest on teachers' job satisfaction is discussed.
