Abstract
The main navigable span bridge of Shanghai Changjiang River Bridge is designed as a separated steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with double inverted Y-shape pylons,double cable planes and with span arrangement(92+258+730+258+92) m.On the basis of the deep-going analysis of the static force,dynamic force and overall stability of the bridge,the selection of the structural system,the measures for enhancing the global stiffness and the constructability of the structure are studied and accordingly the overall structural performance of the bridge are expounded.
