Abstract
Only less communication overhead and low implementation complexity are needed by RSSI distance measurement in limited energy of the network nodes. However,RSSI is influenced in the different spread directions and spread media in actual application environment, result in generating relative large distance error in the process of positioning,Enhanced RSSI algorithm is presented combined the smooth algorithm based on RSSI algorithm.Enhanced RSSI is to make a smooth moving on the previous RSSI value and current value.By mainly reducing kinetic energy fluctuations of moving target, more precise track localization for indoor personnel is realized. After compared with simple RSSI,the smooth algorithm's precision and validity are verified by simulation result.
