Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of QRS prolongation of exercise electrocardiography test in diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods 112 patients with the probablility of CAD were received treadnill exercise electrocardiography testing under Bruce protocol and coronary arteriongraphy.According to coronary arteriongraphy, 48 cases were diagnosed CAD and 64 cases were normal, measure their QRS interval and QRS correct interval. Results QRS interval in CAD group was longer than QRS interval of normal group. Conclusion There is value in diagnosis of CAD by QRS interval prolongation.
