Abstract

Observing and comparing the sample section of high-speed and common shearing with SEM, it's found that the area of plastic deformation of high-speed shearing is reduced obviously. The depth of axis plastic deformation of shearing section is very small as well, with the range of only 0.1mm.It reflects the deformation mechanism and the reason for the good section quality of high-speed shearing.
