Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal dilatancy surgery in endoscopic nasal for deviation of nasal septum.Methods 95 cases with deviation of nasal septum treated by nasal septum,middle turbinate,inferior turbinate,uncinate process and other structural simultaneous orthopedic surgery expansion in nasal endoscopic.Results 95 cases were followed up for more than 6 months,excellence 82 cases(86%),effective 13 cases(14%),invalid 0 case.Conclusion Nasal septum,middle turbinate,inferior turbinate,uncinate process and other structural simultaneous orthopedic surgery expansion in nasal endoscopic was obviously effective for deviation of nasal septum.
