Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and operation of aging cervical cancer patients at Ⅱa stage. Methods:The clinical data of 24 cases aging cervical cancer patients at Ⅱa stage were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results:All the 24 patients were successfully cured and no postoperative complications occurred. In 1-5 years follow-up,8 patients recurred cervical cancer and the recurrence rate was 33%;among them,6 cases died, the fatality was 75%.Conclusions:Aging cervical cancer patients at Ⅱa stage should be treated with operation, neoadjuvant chemotherapy should be used before operation. But the recurrence rate and fatality are fairly high,so review after operation should be strengthened.
