Abstract

The financial innovation is an inevitable result of the financial development, is the actual reflection of the financial supervision level. There are a lot of limitations when the Chinese authority supervising the financial innovation. To facilitate it, the status of supervision must be reformed and the innovation ways should be rightly chosen.
