Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of cognitive intervention on cognitive function and quality of life of patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods Eighty patients with mild cognitive impairment were divided into interven-tion group and control group. Control group received health education while the intervention group received cognitive intervention. Survey results of MMSE, WMS, ADL, quality of life were compared. Results Cognitive function and memory ability of intervention group improved apparently after intervention( P0.05). Results of follow-up at 3 months after intervention, cognitive function and memory ability of intervention group after intervention were better than before in-tervention(P0.05). ADL and quality of life of intervention group improved apparently( P0.05). Conclusion Cognitive intervention can improve cognitive function of patients with cognitive disorder, and improve their quality of life.
